Return Policy:

.يُسمح للعميلة بفحص القطعة عند الاستلام ولديها 15 دقيقة لمعاينتها
.إذا لم تكن القطعة مناسبة، يمكن تسليمها فورًا إلى مندوب التوصيل بدون رسوم إضافية (ما عدا التوصيل)
.الدفع عند الاستلام نقدًا
.بعد مغادرة المندوب، لا يُسمح بالاسترجاع أو الاستبدال

Customers may check the item upon delivery and have 15 minutes to inspect it. If the item is not suitable, you may hand it back immediately to the delivery person – no charges will apply except for delivery.
Payment is cash on delivery.
After the delivery is completed, no returns or exchanges are accepted.
